The lighter, smoother side of Amber. Quite balanced between sweet and rich maple flavour. Butterscotch and caramel give way to dark muscovado sugar. Subtle earthy notes, which is expected for silver maples that grow in sandy plains with more moisture than rock maple.

Storage

Maple syrup can be stored for many months or years in the right conditions (ideally a cool, dark spot). Each bottle is labeled with a recommended 'best by' date for your confidence. Once opened, we recommend storing in the refrigerator and consuming within 4 months.
