2024 Goubau Farm, Dark Robust Taste Maple Syrup (200ml)

Tasting Notes: Burnt caramel, crème brûlée topping with wood campfire. Then molasses on the palate. More faint campfire on the finish, but caramelized muscovado dominates. Like walking through a heavily wooded and wet forest on a Fall day.

Origin: Goubau, Ontario, Canada.

Method: Collected in open buckets and boiled over wood fire in extremely limited quantities.
